Cancellation Policy

  • 1. BOOKING CANCELLED 30 DAYS AND ABOVE 75% REFUND OR FULL AMOUNT ADJUST IN FUTURE BOOKING.
  • 2. BOOKING CANCELLED 15 DAYS TO 30 DAYS OF CHECK-IN 25% REFUND OR FULL AMOUNT ADJUST IN FUTURE BOOKING.
  • 3. BOOKING CANCELLED 7 DAYS TO 15 DAYS OF CHECK-IN NO REFUND BUT  FULL AMOUNT ADJUST IN FUTURE BOOKING.
  • 4. BOOKING CANCELLED LESS THAN 7 DAYS OF CHECK-IN NO ADVANCE REFUND NO ADJUSTMENT & 100 % RETENTION WILL BE CHARGED.

In case of peak season - weekends or extended weekends (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year, Good Friday, etc) hotel bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable. Depends on hotels. The charges mentioned for Resorts on our website might be different on extended weekend & public holidays.

Refund Policy

  • 1. If the Guest has made the payment to us through the payment gateway and later needs a refund it will take 10 - 15 working days to get a refund in his account
  • 2. To get the refund you need to provide us with your bank details or the payment mode through which you want the refund.
  • 3. If the Guest has done a bank transfer or paid Via UPI Like Google Pay/ Paytm/Phone Pe etc. The amount will be refunded within 3 Working Days.
  • 4. We can refund through UPI Payment mode / Bank Transfer / Transfer To Your Credit Card.
