Delight Stay – Terms and Conditions
- 1. Reservation can be done online or at reception (Depending on availability)
- 2. Check-in time is 1:00 PM TO 2:00 PM and Check-Out Time is 10 AM To 11 AM
- 3. Early check-in in the resort is subject to availability.
- 4. If any meals are skipped by guests due to any reason the meal will not be adjusted for the next time or day and the amount is also non-refundable.
- 5. All Government Taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the time of the stay. In case of advance remittances, the additional tax amount, if any, will be collected directly at the time of check-out.
- 6. The above Rates are not valid on New Year, Christmas, Public Holidays or extended weekends. You need to contact our representatives for the best offer & rates.
- 7. In Jim Corbett Resort From 1st April to 30 June is considered peak season so the room rates will be on the higher side depending on resort to resort.
- 8. Jeep Safari & other outdoor activities charges are not included in the above-mentioned charges.
- 9. All hotel(s) charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year's Eve. Other special supplements may also be applicable during festival periods such as Independence Day, Dusshera, Diwali etc. Any such charge would have to be cleared directly at the hotel(s).
- 10. Pets are not allowed.
- 11. Any Damage in the resort premises by the client has to bear the extra cost.
- 12. Clint must check with us before making payment.
- 13. The use of a swimming pool and recreational activities is guided by resort manager. Swimming costumes have to be taken from the resort at extra cost.
- 14. If you need gst bill you need to inform us at the time of booking we will take 5% GST extra then only we can able to provide gst bill at checkout.
- 15. In resorts at Jim corbett wifi only available in selected areas of the resort in rooms wifi not available.

- 2. MAPI Modified American Plan: Buffet Breakfast, Lunch
- 3. C P Continental Plan: Buffet Breakfast
- 4. E P Economical Plan: Room Only
Child Policy:
- 1. Children below 5 years complimentary with parents
- 2. Children between 6-12 years will be charged 25% of the total package cost.
- 3. Extra Persons above 12 Years will be counted as adults and 35% of the total room cost will be charged extra.
